Can I change from a "Monthly Subscription" to a "Yearly" one?
Can this be converted to one charge instead of 12?

Annual but paid monthly license is no longer sold it seems.
I would guess that you may need to wait until the current payment arrangement expires and then start a new subscription. However, it would be best to confirm that by contacting the C1 team as per the advice in the article linked above.
