    Have you searched support? This is the page to follow, note that you may have problems if you use Firefox…

    Also there is no point in threatening other users you are going to go back to LR, we are just users on this forum.

    Hi, I was not making a threat of using Lightroom,but statement of fact. Not meant to be or insinuate a threat. I have work to do and have spent hours of frustration trying to get Capture One installed on a new PC. I followed the support page and links. Went to my old emails with license keys. The download links do not work. Thanks for your help.

    I'm not sure why you are unable to download the software. But I wonder whether you have tried with a different browser, if you have one available. (It may be nothing to do with it, but it could be worth trying.)

    What I would expect is that if you log on to your account at captureone.com, you should see something like this.

    Then if you click the button I've indicated, you get to this screen.

    Clicking the blue button indicated starts the file downloading, for me. The system seems to be running OK, which is why I wondered whether trying a different browser might work. 

    (I'm on a Mac, not Windows, but I can't see why that should make a difference to the process.)

    Thank you for the screens. I do not get these options. The screen is blank in the center. I am using MS Edge, and also I downloaded Brave browser and getting the same. This new PC is Windows 11, so I don't know if there is a setting that I need to change. It is very frustrating. But I have been trying for 2 days to download from Capture One, and nothing yet. C1 has not responded to my support email. Which has me wanting to move back to Adobe. I have spent the pas year with C1 and not really wanting to change my workflow. thank you again for your offer to help me! The screens were very helpful. At least I can see what I am supposed to be seeing on the site.

    Ian and Don, SUCCESS. I finally got it downloaded and installed. I went back to the Brave Browser, and pasted the url's, and the pages loaded as needed to see and use the proper download links. Thank you both for reaching out to me, and I hope this helps other users having issues with a new Windows 11 PC and Edge Browser. Try Brave or another browser.

    No way to contact anyone for help
