Keystone still not working in 15.3.1?
Just downloaded and ran it after I read that keystone had been updated, yet it still seems unable to turn the selected reference points into a rectangle, even with 120% setting and/or playing with the sliders.
Am I missing something here, or is this tool still broken?

For me keystone is working up until a limit. Until this limit, using the horizontal+vertical combined guides and amount set to 100% results in a perfect rectangle. This does make buildings look unnaturally top-heavy, so to my eyes looks better dialled back to 75%.
However, when the vertical is way off because the picture was taken very close to the building, the correction room 'runs out'. The vertical slider maxes out at 75 and this is not enough to correct a 3 story building shot from across the street. This is when at 100% and even 120% you cannot get the result to be perfectly rectangular.
So it seems the tool is only fit for purpose when using on buildings shot from a distance & fairly straight on. For buildings close by or even worse, interiors... not so much. Conclusion: not completely broken, but very limited in what it's able to correct.

Strangely, it seems horizontal correction is also impacted when the vertical slider's limit is reached. Might be because there's a multi-way interaction between [rotation + vertical + horizontal]. If rotation and horizontal are calculated assuming verticals will be fully corrected without taking into account the 75 limit, their values will be wrong.
In such a problem case that runs into the vertical limit, I can get a better horizontal result by playing with rotation and horizontal values myself.
It's very cumbersome though, because correcting one moves the target and requires correction in the other and vice-versa. This goes back and forth several times.
