I can't find how to "defringe" a photo

I'm trying to remove a purple fringe from a photo in addition to chromatic aberrations and this guide doesn't seem updated for version 23 because I can't seem to find it anywhere https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002583158-Removing-purple-fringing

  If you are using the default workspace, you should find the Purple Fringing tool on the Refine tool tab, as shown here.

  When you are in your preferred workspace, you can add any tool you like to any tool tab. Right click on the tab of your choice, and choose Add tool...
