Capture One keeps a list of supported cameras: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118-Camera-models-and-RAW-files-supported-by-Capture-One#h_ceed14ae-dd9b-4837-8ad0-d322dabf8739

I think you can trust that list to answer your question.

Sorry, but this camera isn't in that list,

Do you have plans to include it?

Id like to know your plans about this model, because you support FZ300, but this model is the old version of my model FZ330. I think the structure of the file RW2 may be changed respect the old model.

    Thank you in advance

We have a public camera roadmap here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/4722081941277-Upcoming-camera-support-in-Capture-One

If your camera is not listed in here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118 – then it is not supported.

For what it's worth though, the two cameras you're describing are identical. Panasonic just uses different names in different regions.

Thank you for your comments, but I contacted with line of support, and they say that my camera is not supported. I thought like you, that the FZ300 was equal at FZ330 of Panasonic,  but the RW2 file of my camera is not recognized by the product C1, and I dont know what can I do more.

Hehe, they read their answer from the list of supported cameras.

Image processors read a camera identification code embedded in image files to choose processing procedures. If FZ300 and FZ330 are identical cameras, you can probably change the embedded camera identification and trick Capture One into handling your files. I belive Phil Harvey's exiftool is up to the task.

I've updated the supported camera list to reflect the fact this camera has two different names. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Great, but I imagine that is necessary to install a new patch of C1, because recently I installed the version 16.0.2.11 and the files continues wthout recognizition. Please, advise me when the product has one release that it recognize the files of my camera FZ330. thank you in advance. Regards

@... We're in the process of removing those pages from the website, as there's no need to have the information in two separate areas.

The camera support page here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118-Camera-models-and-RAW-files-supported-by-Capture-One is absolute truth

SFA What's your biggest problem with the camera table? Is it the cosmetics or the functionality? There's a lot of information that we need (or at least feel we need to) contain in one area so that it's easy for people to find. I am always open to ways in which we can make things easier to understand.

I'll be updating the table soon. Unfortunately I'm not in control of when we announce these things, but do keep a close eye ;)

SFA Yeah, the formatting is tricky as it contains so much information and needs to fit on mobile devices too. I've noticed that images work better, but that's a more manual process.

The good news is the tech specs have been removed from the website, as of today. So there should be no more confusion on that front.

Thanks for the feedback as always. Hope you're enjoying your new badge :D (we'll make a post about that later today, sorry for any confusion)
