(101#103) General Error: The resource or request is not supported - Sony A7R3
I cannot connect my Sony A7R3 to capture one 16.0.1 and use live view and images will not transfer after capture.

Finally updated my old 2015 macbook to a new Dell XPS 15 9720. Getting it ready for a shoot.
I also tried it on my main editing PC and I have the exact same problem.
Windows 10 latest everything. I've tried 3 cables.
I do not have this problem with my old 2015 macbook.
I have my first shoot with this new laptop in 3 hours... Support will likely get back to me in 45 days as usual.
I can't find this error anywhere else in the forum. Does anyone know what this is?
