Use the reset feature of the crop tool. It will reset the crop of all selected images. You'll find the tool's reset in the tool's title bar (curved arrow).

Have you tried to use the scaling of macOS? Go to the System Preferences, Display tab, Resolution > Scaled. Select an option to the left.
