I absolutely agree, Capture One needs a simple delete catalog button. In fact C1 needs a whole series of simple buttons or if not a simple button, a set instructions on how to find hidden features...

Additional observation: In the top center of my C1 images are the words, "? Offline"

I am using Mojave on a mid 2010 (5,1) Mac Pro (SSD & 10GB RAM). No real problems other than masking seems a bit sluggish, everything else is fine

Thank you. You are correct, I do know the difference. But, to make sure that I hadn't slipped cog overnight I just tried it again, same result.

In order to make sure that it is not an Affinity issue, I just tried it with CS6. Still no joy.
