Hi Mario, I have the same issue that X-H2S cannot see from C1 even can be seen from windows. I changed USB cables but cannot make it improved. I am not sure if it is C1 issue or X-H2S issue.

No, X-H2S generates 10bit HEIC only (ref: 8bit JPEG, 10bit HEIC, 14bit RAW). I am not sure if Captureone accept 10bit HEIC.
