Not fixed in 15.3.1. I tried as a TIF, and all works fine. So this might be a .PSD issue only. I opened a ticket with Capture One, request #147239. Hopefully they get this fixed promptly.

While not ideal, I believe the Leica SL uses the same sensor as the Leica Q, so selecting the Leica Q ICC profile may work as an interim solution. As-is, does C1 v9 open a Leica SL file?
