It's working now. I retyped it using all lower case letters and it fit. Originally I did a copy and paste from the PhaseOne order web page of the key.

I received my free key from PhaseOne and downloaded and installed the trial version. The key I was given is one character longer than the key field will accept and it tells me it is an invalid key....
