According to tech support the problem with being able to upgrade from the Sandisk LE version to Capture 5 Pro is now fixed for the rest of the world on the Phase One store web site, but not the US...

That's what they told me. I don't think they know what they are doing 😊 Open up a support case if you haven't already.

It's working now. I retyped it using all lower case letters and it fit. Originally I did a copy and paste from the PhaseOne order web page of the key.
