    When you click 'delete', you have to check the 'delete' box, not the 'remove reference' box.That will remove the image from HD.See my question from a few days ago:

    Thank you Richard - and 'poof' they're gone.Just have to be super careful when deleting.I gave all my keepers a color rating, so after editing, whatever is left with no color tag gets deleted.

    Yes, they are jpegs, and I've tried different quality sttings from 50 - 100%I did notice on one image, that the crop I applied is on the jpeg export.Wondering if I have the wrong settings on export...
