    As Jack says, there are no plans for an official PDF version of the guide. He acknowledged your interest in this already.  I'm sure they won't mind me suggesting this third party alternative guide ...

    I just downloaded the .costyle packs and double clicked them from my browser and they installed fine. There is also an import function in the menus. I think you can also drag & drop them onto Captu...
