You don't need a back serial number to lodge a support case just leave it blank. What card reader are you trying?

Drobo suck! 🤓 but I bet you have permissions turned on. In finder apple + I the drobo and at the bottom on the window that pops up make sure ignore permissions is checked.

You can use color editor to correct color temp differences.
