    OK, now I understand. What threw me was there was no Clarity slider in the local adjustment screen, but it does work from a different tab.Thanks for the responses....Clive

    Is there a limit to the number of layers that can be utilised? Running on my MacBook Pro it won't add an additional layer when I reach number 6. Is this a memory issue, or by design?Clive
