I got reply from Capture One support, the backend record is Capture one 22 plus 1 upgrade, based on support explanation, it is is Capture One 23 license.

Yes, it is really strange, I activate v23, but I get v22 when I check license information at my account.

I can activate after capture one support's help. The only issue is when I login my account, the license show Capture one pro 22, not Capture one pro 23.

How to activate the license purchased from B&H
I purchase the capture one 23 license from B&H, but I fail to activite my license after input license codes from B&H. Can any one help?
