Help in establishing a migration plan from Media Pro to Capture One

Hi

I am a long term user of Media Pro but believe it is time to migrate to Capture one.  Please is there someone out there who could guide me in planning the migration?  I am concerned about what I information will transfer and what will not.  I have around 10,000 images in over 100 different folders.  I use the standard associations with people, location, date and subjects.  I also use capture sets extensively to associate my images with my personal categorisation hierarchy.  Any help/guidance would be gratefully received.  Thanks  David Adam

  I recommend creating a NEW catalog. At one time you could do File > Import Catalog > Media Pro Catalog. You may be able to download an older version of Capture One, create a new catalog with that version, and try importing the Media Pro catalog there. Then upgrade the Capture One catalog to the current version. Also open a support case to see what assistance or instructions they might offer. The current version of Capture One that I am running no longer has the Media Pro Imported plugin.

  Thanks, Do you know what version of Capture One does have the Media Pro Plugin? and where might I find this?
