CO 20 can not open after MacOS update

I restarted my MAC after an OS update and after this CO is refusing to open.

First it complained about unable to open Plug-ins.

Now it is complaining about catalog folder permissions.

I can not simply forget about old catalogs and start afresh either.

It just doesn't open!

    If there is a write_lock file located, delete that one.

    As FA suggested, it appears you have a file/folder that is locked.  I would suggest you read the following post and hope it provides some valuable Information for you.
