Upgrade von 20 auf 21

Hallo, ich habe die vorab Upgradeversion von Capture One 21 gekauft. In der Installationsbeschreibung

steht, dass die alte Version 20 zuerst deaktiviert werden muss. Leider habe ich die Anleitung nicht vorher ganz bis Schluß durchgelesen. Das Upgrade funktioniert erst nach Freigabe. Jetzt habe ich aber 20 deaktiviert und kann es auf dem gleichen Computer nicht wieder aktivieren. Es kommt der Hinweis, dass der Lizenzschlüssel ungültig ist. Was kann ich tun?

     I believe that you just use the version 21 licence key now for your version 20, and it will be good for your version 21 when you have it too.

    Ian is correct. I was given a C1 21 key, I then had to deactivate my old key and re-enter the new C1 21 key into C1 20 for it to continue running.

    Hallo, ich habe Version 21 vorbestellt und dafür einen Lizenzschlüssel erworben. Heute habe ich das Update herunter geladen und installiert. Wenn ich Capture One 21 starten will, wird der Lizenzschlüssel verlangt. ich gebe den Schlüssel ein, dann kommt eine Fehlermeldung:

    Check 01: Success

    Check 02: BFEBFBFF000306C3 /

    Check 03: 1352055739

    Check 04: Exception: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

    Check 05: Exception: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

    Check 06: success

    "Serververbindung zum Überprüfen des Profils konnte nicht hergestellt werden."

    If you are not running Windows 7 consider checking other applications on your system that might obstruct secure channel connections.
