Well as it turns out, the property is not available on exiftools so I did it via the filename which has the focus stacking property included. My filenames if stacked end like this _Focus Stacking1...

It seems like the Sequence ID is not available except for use as sorting order. However I can see it in the metadata panel.... Sequence ID seems to be a combination of Serial Number of the camera...

Thanks Eric, I found the bug, recipes persist throughout documents, so in order to avoid them popping up again you have to clear them from all documents. Obviously capture one needs at least one...
