How did you get here? Just click on Capture One Support.. or Online User Guide (F1).. there are search options in each at the top of the page.

I totally agree.. I have a I9-9900 Intel processor/display card/ memoryy/ 1TSSD/ it's torked out..... performance took a hit with COP 21. Locks up for 15 seconds with Levels, just trying to move ...

When clicking on the Submit Request at the top right of this page, it takes me to the Submit Request page, but the link under that title that says read me first... doesn't exist... yet. Capture...

What do I request and where can I find 'submit a request'? Are you saying I should submit a bug report? Are you saying the Catalog back up feature doesn't or isn't supposed to save star ratings...

The search feature is still a mess. If I search on specific version, I want specific version answers. Not 11 years ago or versions 3, 4, 6, etc. I hope that problem has been fixed by now!

yep. It's Hide distorted areas in the Lens adjustment tools. Slide the Distortion slider to 0. Or untick the "Hide distorted areas".
