Capture One Preferences/Settings: The Warning tab

Choose if and when you want to be notified and when certain actions happen. Mark the checkboxes in the Files and Folders, Adjustments, and Output sections to warn when, for example, you are about to permanently delete images.

It is not recommended to disable the Warn when deleting images from the disk dialog. That way, images cannot be recovered.
