    Hi,

    I participated in Beta testing and the bug I reported is still there.

    Brush with mask "on", resize brush, and erase or brush and the mask temporary disappears and shows again. Also send a video.

    Very strange it is officially released with the bug.

    @Stephen Waddington

    Stephen,

    What do you think you are missing out on?

    Is there anything that somehow is not compensated for by having exclusive access to the Fuji Film simulation profiles?

    @SFA

    I feel that I'm missing out on this "The ProStandard profiles render colors more naturally, so there is a better transition between the hues and better retention of colors after the adjustments have been applied. Overall, the colors look natural from shadows to highlights with the ProStandard profiles."

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015331377-ProStandard-camera-profiles

    I already have access to Fujifilm simulation profiles in CO20.

    If you are working with a Mac Pro 2013, MacOS 10.15.7, 2 screens, (Swiss)German keyboard layout and a Wacom Intuos Pro, it is better not to install this upgrade. The shortcuts are really messed up. Or install the upgrade only after a clean backup of the old catalogue file... Hopefully this will be corrected with the next version.

    After the Capture One Pro 14.1.0 update, I can no longer drag and drop PSD files from C1 into Photoshop on MacOs. This creates a pretty big workflow issue for me. Am I missing something? Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi Enrico,

    There is no information about that yet.

    However, you can post the requests for new ProStandard profiles on the forum in the dedicated thread here.

    I have already forwarded this request there.

    Great, this new update, but don't you get the system fault audio tone 1000 times a day when pressing space bar to use the move/zoom feature? Since the last update I constantly gets this fault sound and it's making me crazy. Having this bug on both of my Macs.

    @Arno

    Same problem here.
    That was what I meant by messed up shortcuts.
    I spent half a day trying to rule out the possibility of a driver conflict from the Wacom tablet or the keyboard, a MacOS setting, the second screen or keyboard layout. As soon as I try to work around the error with shortcuts on the graphics tablet, my Mac even runs hot.

    Previews actually load slower than V14.0.2.49

    Disappointed in this update... I've been around awhile and I got too confident in C1. I usually wait before updating to get the bugs out.

    Any update to Pilot, and the inexplicable, random bug where no images are shown for the chosen watch folder? I cannot believe how long this issue has persisted.

    Capture One 21 latest update whether for 2 days. Now it crashes upon opening. I tried everything that Support said (1-selected never under hardware acceleration, made sure only one camera was selected, rolled back the graphics drivers to previous version) and I still can't use the program! I'm very upset. I'm not a computer tech person and I don't feel I should have to be just to edit adarn photo. Anyone else feeling my pain?

    The new import viewer is excellent. So much better to review that way instead of importing, generating previews, rating, then deleting. And it’s SO much faster than the normal preview process. Well done. Thank you.

    When is Sony FX3's RAW support available?

    FX3 is the same system as A7S3, so I thought FX3's RAW would open in Capture one, but it didn't open.

    Do we have even perhaps a feature limited beta of the M1 version? It would be great to get cracking on this and seeing where it currently falls over and where it is excelling.

    Really would be good to get an update on M1 support with timescales - or as David Roy suggested, perhaps open up access to a beta release. Adding M1 support isn't really a trade secret in terms of features - so would it be possible to please have some openness on when it's coming? If anything it's an inevitable key requirement assuming you're going to continue supporting MacOS going forward

    For a bit of context, a lead competitor to C1 has released a preview release with native M1 support - and by all accounts, it leaves C1 standing still in its smoking tracks in terms of performance.

    Thanks!

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for your comment.

    We know it's important to many of our users to get support for Apple M1 computers. We want your experience of our software to be seamless – and that means responding to new innovations on the market. We’re working hard to optimize and bring you full support for M1 within the next four months. Please stay tuned.

    Hi Maryna,

    Thanks for the reply. Within a further four months? To be honest that's a little disappointing. M1 Macs were released on-sale back in November last year with Apple Silicon developer transition kits released during last summer.

    At the moment your key competitors look to be in the process of leapfrogging C1 somewhat, certainly in terms of performance; which is a shame.
