You can contact the Capture One Support team through the Capture One Help Center. To send a support ticket, you must sign in with a user profile or create one first.
Contact support
- Go to the Capture One Help Center.

Click Contact Support.
- Sign in or create a user profile if prompted.
- Fill in the form and submit your request.
Sign in or create a profile
- Open the Capture One Help Center.
- Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
- Sign in with your account or create a new user profile.
View your support requests
- Sign in to the Help Center.

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Requests to view your recent tickets.
