How to contact Capture One support

You can contact the Capture One Support team through the Capture One Help Center. To send a support ticket, you must sign in with a user profile or create one first.

Contact support

1. Go to the Capture One Help Center.

2. Click Contact Support.

   

3. Sign in or create a user profile if prompted.
4. Fill in the form and submit your request.

Sign in or create a profile

1. Open the Capture One Help Center.
2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
   
3. Sign in with your account or create a new user profile.

View your support requests

1. Sign in to the Help Center.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

   

3. Select Requests to view your recent tickets.
