A Session is a self-contained folder structure, ideal for any single project.
Capture, Selects, Output, and Trash all sit inside one folder you can hand to someone, back up, or archive whole. Set one up properly and everything downstream gets easier.
It matters most when you're tethering. Tethering problems usually aren't tethering
problems. They're filing problems. If you're naming a Session "Untitled Session 4" in a hurry, nobody can find the selects.
