This update adds User Groups to the Studio for Enterprise Web Based Admin Portal. You can now organize the users on one license into groups.

User Groups in the Web Based Admin Portal

Regional and departmental teams often need their own space inside one license. You can now create user groups in the User access tab, give each group its own user limit, and manage who belongs to it. You no longer have to handle every user in one flat list.

• Create a group. Give it a name and a user limit. The limit also applies to device activations, shared across the users in the group. The limit comes out of the total number of users on your license.
• Invite users to a group. Add one or more email addresses straight to a group, with an optional expiration date.
• Move users between groups. Move one user or several at once. Choose New group as the destination to create a group and move users into it in one step.
• Edit or delete a group. Change a group's name or user limit at any time. If you delete a group, its users move to All.

Users don't have to belong to a group. You can still invite them directly to the license.
