This is still a disaster. I was just trying to change a brush size - it hanged, then crashed.

Also, auto-update feature is broken - this version detects itself as 16.1.0 and suggests updating to 16.1.1.

Using last versions of C1 is like walking through a minefield...

My 2 SSD is still not recognised.
It is just sad that you are not able to program a working version. And that for over 300€. actually a cheek, a catastrophe.
It's like when I buy a car and I can't drive it because the tyres are missing.

During import raw files from camera or usb media - It started naming all files to "Empty Name" only after last update to actual version of C1.

It's very annoying, still don't know how to change it. I prefer naming files from camera directly only (for example DSCF12345.RAF). Tried reset Naming tool more than twice, but always without success....

macOS 12.6.3, Capture One Pro 23 (16.1.1.16), MacBook Pro retina 15" (mid 2015)

I've had this 'EmptyName' issue in template preview since I started with trial years ago. But actual naming works correctly.

As always, please contact support if you are experiencing behavior that you believe to be a bug. There's very little I can do in the comments, as the reports need to come from a formal support request.

The system requirements are incorrect. I'm on Mac OSX 10.14 but the installer demands 10.15. You need to change the page about the system specs. :-(

Dan Thurgood The system requirements above state support for macOS 11, 12, and 13. OS X is not supported with Capture One 23.

If you need a version that runs on OS X then you'll need to use Capture One 22, which you can download here.

We also have this page which is a good lookup resource: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002466277

My bad Jack - totally failed to realise that Apple had moved on from OSX to OS 11, 12, 13 etc. Maybe time for me to stop being such a luddite and move on from my enhanced 2012 MacPro!
