I have no problems on Windows 10 exporting Sony Alpha raw format images.

You mention both import and export.  Did you mean just export?  Also, more specifics would help (details of an example export recipe).  Any information in the Window->Event Log?

Right, 'import' is a typo.  This is recipe independent. Not Windows, but 16.2 caused the problem.

@pixel Are you by chance trying to export Pixel phone photos? I have the same issue with Pixel 6 photos. My post: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/9392419073309-Images-not-completing-export

    Hello,

I have had issues with exports when I was using SurfShark VPN app. Very strange but when my VPN was active, then I was not able to do any exports. Disabling it (before starting C1 !!) was my solution.
Opened a case with C1 for this and they only could tell me that they were able to reproduce my problem. They said SurfShark acted liked a kind of antivirus too and was blocking my C1...

Never had problems with exporting since I deactived SurfShark.
Maybe this can help you a little bit ?

    Kind regards,
    Koen
