I Have Been Unable To Work or Use Capture One For Weeks - DESPERATELY NEED HELP

Hi,

Ever since I updated my mac to 13.4, my camera is no longer recognized, I tried using the latest version of Capture One and older versions.

My camera is being recognized by my computer and others but refuses to be recognized by Capture One. I am using a Canon 5D Mark IV. 

I have tried every single suggestion on this website.

HELP. My jobs rely on this program.

    I had many issues connecting a 5d to capture on macs with apple silicon.

    The only fix I found was to use single port usb-c adapter.

    Not sure if that will help, but recommend trying.
