I just installed my C1 23 recently even though I bought it some months ago, because I was hoping that the issues with it would be resolved. Unfortunately it seems they aren't. C1 23 started to freeze almost immediately (the next day) and did it 3-4 times for 1 day. It was mostly when hovering over styles (purchased from C1 and working well on 22) but also while doing other tasks. Also, my PC was definitely firing up on all cylinders while this was happening and it does have a lot of power. I downgraded back to C1 22 because I don't want to deal with BS while working. I contacted support 2 days ago and have not received any response yet. I guess it is a minor issue to buy a product and it does not work at all. Anyway, just sharing and bitching a little.
My PC: Lenovo-Legion-T5, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz, RAM 96.0 GB, GPU NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070
If anyone has some kind of solution, please share. Browsing through post, some people were writing that for new catalogs and sessions it is working fine. So my question is: Can you support 2 versions of capture one? 22 for the old Catalogs and 23 for the new ones? I think that would work for me until they resolve it.
