Layers window with changed tools position
With the latest update the layers window displays the tools on the upper side instead, as has always been, on the bottom side.
I'm totally open to changes and upgrades but what is the reason for this? the new tool position slows down the workflow and generate confusion.
The opacity bar should (as it was) be close to the upper layer and not left on the bottom.
What is your opinion?
Thanks

I believe that it was to make space for the new separate buttons for Luma Range and Refine Mask... which is thought to be a good thing. (As usual, a change that pleases some users displeases others.)
