Forum Search Feature
Is there a note or FAQ on how to use the Forum search? If not, perhaps there should be one.
EG Is there a way to search for strings instead of words? - a search for “change my password” brings up every article containing “my”
EG As my usual context is the“Development and Automation-Scripting” forum, I generally search from there. For over a year I was convinced that the search feature did not work at all, as the result of any search is “No results for “search_term” Perhaps try the Help Center”. It was only by a fortuitous random key press that I discovered that if I clicked on By Category or Type that I would find useful search results.
I wonder if the search feature may have other useful functions?

Hi Eric Valk – with regards to the search being smarter, I can see where you are coming from. There's very little we can do to influence how smart the search results are, as that is controlled by our platform provider.
They recently released an update to make the search functionality more "conversational" - so if you type "how do I change my password?" the top result should be the following article: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017090597
I can see you're using an iPad which will also affect the way search results appear. On a larger screen, the categories and "type" will appear on the left hand side:
However, what I can do is make people more aware of how the search functionality works and to include some of the information above to make it a bit smoother, or to at least understand the quirks better.
