Long time user, but now i can't import files from an sd card

Iuse capture one from 10 years.I changed my mac a week ago, same procedure i go to import,the card is visible on the import panel,but a message says no files on the card.Tryed with 3 differen cards,the same message.Tryed to another catalog too,but not result.

  Can you see the files on the card in Finder on your Mac?  If you can, perhaps copy them onto your internal drive on your Mac and then import into a C1 session from there.

  Also, you say that you have changed your Mac - is it running a version of MacOS that is supported by the version of Capture One you are using?
