Code 11 Error Connecting Canon R5 MK1 to Capture One (Latest Version)
Having connectivity issues with a specific Canon R5 MK1 and the most recent version of Capture One. The camera connects extremely infrequently despite testing it with 2 tether cables and 1 Area 51 cable, and if it does connect the connection is lost after a few snaps. Capture One Events window says "Tethering, Internal Error" and "Camera Error: The Size or Length is Incorrect", and I keep receiving the error code 11. I've looked into this and tried a few things to see if anything changes. Shooting with/without cards in the camera, re-installing the latest R5 firmware, reseting the camera, testing with multiple cables. I'm note sure what else could be causing this and would appreciate any advice given. Thank you.

If you have a card in your camera, try reformatting it. I had the same issue with a Nikon D850 and discovered that if you have images on the card while tethered you'll get a "Code 11" errors. Or if your on a Mac, you might need to allow Capture One to connect to Networked Devices.
