C1 does not import Tiff produced with other apps

Hello, I have C1 Pro Sony and I am wondering why C1 doesn’t import the tiffs I produce with other apps nevertheless they are always Sony.
More precisely, I export from C1 a set so shots, in tiff format, to be worked with either Affinity Photo per panos or Aurora HDR but, the final tiff I obtein can’t be reimported in C1.
Is that normal or there’s sometihng wrong in my workflow?

    It may depend on the settings of the TIFF you are try to re-import.

    Dimensions are important.

    Also some other settings.

    It must be a colour based imaged not monochrome.

    There are more details available in the help files and the Release Notes.

    Not strictly true but as good as, you can import monochrome TIFFs into Capture One but you can't edit them 😭

    I am not interested in editing these tiffs as I’d have edited them in both 2 apps.

    To be clear, Capture One will allow you to edit monochrome raster images (TIF, JPG, etc). However, they must be in an RGB (three-channel) color space, not a greyscale (single channel).

    Thank you.
    I will check it out again but I always save the tiffs as rgb.
