How to show the number of images in a parent folder
I haven't been able to work this out.
In my catalogue I have a parent folder, say "Photographs 2019", with a subfolder for each shoot.
The parent folder lists the number of images in it as zero even though a subfolder will show its contents correctly.
How do I get the parent folder to correctly show the number of images it contains?

You can't, it is one of Capture One's shortcomings, if the capability is essential to you then you need Lightroom.0 -
Thank you David for the reply.
I'm in the process of leaving Lightroom. It doesn't support my Fuji camera and I intend avoiding the subscription model after seeing others grapple with Adobe's version of it.
This sort of folder structure seems poor housekeeping.
I'll see if I can find somewhere on Phase One's site to put in a feature request.0
