Avoid "Edit selected" to automatically kick in
Dears,
When I launch C1/20, now "Edit selected" is automatically activated.
How can I disable this ?
Very annoying when one selects some images for a side-by-side comparison and that any modification or test is applied to all the ones selected.
Perhaps I simply overlooked a "tick" in the prefs...

Try this information.
https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002480877-Adjusting-one-image-or-multiple-images
When you re-open a catalogue or session it will mostly open with the same settings that were were active when last closed. Or whatever the defaults are if opening a new cagtalogue or session.
HTH.

Okay, that's a good one. I had not noticed this.
Same here. CO20 enables the 'Edit all selected' toggle on startup. There is no way - to my knowledge - to switch that off. I looked into the Windows version, but there it is like in earlier versions, the status is retained.
I have put this on my list to report to Capture One but you are free to contact them as well in a support case.0 -
Thank you for checking this - and confirming the bug status (hope they won't make it a "feature").
I will file the bug to Support - just to have it logged on another place than your report - although I am sure your weight will be much more considered than mine 😊0 -
Unfortunately not fixed in 20.0.2... 0
