C1 20.0.4 FUJI unable to export

Once I launch the software, it shows the following information. I tried to turn off the hardware acceleration but nothing changed. Please any one could help me?

  You say nothing changed, so the activities window still appears an d C1 is trying to set up hw acceleration?
