Tethering

Here's a question I can't seem to get an answer to..

I'm using Capture One Pro 12.1.5 on a MACBOOK Pro
I have a Sony A7R4
Can I focus my camera using Capture One while tethering?

Because I don't seem to be able to...
If not why?

Can I do it in Capture One 20?

  Presumably you would need and expect Live View to be running when attempting to focus.

  So that means you have Live VIew running via  a USB2 cable?

  There are a number of Forum posts and some Technical FAQ articles that are presented if you run an appropriate search in the Community files.

  Not having an A7 I can't check the veracity of any of the statements made but this one looks to be somewhat pertinent to your question.
