Capture 20 does not open

FirstName LastName

Hello!

I have downloaded the trial version of Capture 20.

Everything is installed well! But the program doesn't open for me.

Next I put what the file "Aplication" says:

    File not found exception. I would try to reinstall C1 again, maybe this helps.

    Ya lo instalé varias veces y eliminé todo lo relacionado con el programa, pero nada sigue sin funcionar.

    I had the same problem. After I installed Captute One as administrator, everything was ok.

    I had the same issue — Capture One 20 did not launch and Application logs were complaining about missing P1.AppCore.dll. Reinstalling Capture One didn't help.

    I finally managed to fix it by installing the newest Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft's website, following the advice from this FAQ entry.

    Hope that helps somebody.
