I agree. Hard limits are almost bad idea. Just add a scroll bar.

May I ask what you mean by "My only option is to mark my selects then filter the veiw" in order to understand how you are working?

What is it what you are missing in the browser, where you have the requested options already, I assume the option to zoom in?

I am just wondering if you have already explored the full potential of the current culling possibilites in C1, so let me ask a few questions.

Are you a long time user of C1 or a more recent joiner?

Do you know you can work in sets in the viewer, e.g. 12 images per set, and select the next set e.g. with Alt+right arrow?

The browser and the viewer follow different paradigms/concepts, is seems you want to see the same paradigms in the viewer which we have in the browser now.

As far as I am concerned, I like how the two are different and interact with each other.

Hence, for the records, if we lose any of the existing mechanisms, e.g. because a scrolling paradigm would interfere with the paradigm of sets and its functions, I am against this request.

Nothing against more than 12 images to show, though I don't see the point in having 50 tiny images in the viewer.

    regards

The the only issue I have is that I can only see 12 selected images at a time to compare. I have a very large screen and will be using dual monitors as well. Limiting my view to 12 images doesn’t  work for me. I can’t change the size of the selected images as a group either. I assume this is because there maybe little reason to change the TN size if only 12 images will show.

I totally agree. With a large screen 12 is not very much. I also would like to see more. Scrolling sounds like the way to go.

I totally disagree regarding scrollbar. I love the way it is currently implemented. But I would agree about a max. number which can be configured in preferences.
