How do I organize User Styles?
So I've gotten used to using C1P v8 User Styles having imported a ton of them from Capture One and elsewhere. When I click to select a User Style, I have a huge list to scroll through. It's not awful but I'd like to improve.
What I'd like to do now is organize them into groups (sub folders?) so that the B&W Styles are not mixed in with the color ones.... and I'd also like to take my favorites group them separately somehow.
If this grouping is possible, what's the best way?
Thanks in advance,
Peter G.

You have to do it manually.
If you go into "<HOME>/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Styles" you can create Directories and put individual styles in each directory. This will organize them in the Drop down in CO.
So if you create a directory call "BW Film styles" and put some styles in there, you will see in CO a sub-menu call "BW Film styles" and all the styles in the directory under that.
I am not sure how many sub-menu you can go, I have only gone one deep.

Thanks, I don't see a Capture One folder under /Library/Application Support/ Could it be hidden?0 -
You should find it into the user library (not the system library). The User library is hidden by default but you can access it with alt+go from your Home folder. 0 -

Thanks for that trick, worked like a charm. Only annoyance now is that the subfolder Style list blocks more of the screen and thus hides the image being edited (on a Macbook). I love the way you can up/down arrow through presets and see the entire image change to reflect the Style.... but now the submenu covers the bulk of the image being edited. (Note: in LR for instance, you can only see a small thumbnail change as you go through Presets, C1's approach is much better overall).
I'll mess with it on my big screen/desktop later where it may not be an issue.0
