    Fastest and also only way to solve this is to login to the Phase One site, and create a support case. You'll be up and running in no time.

    Hi,

    For info this messgae is usually if you are activating your software with an old key after upgrading to the latest in the e-shop - this process issues a new key and the old one "de-actviated"

    Obviously I can not publish your key on a public forum so as Paul says this is best handled in a support case

    I bought a new mac pro computer, so I deactivated it on the old computer to install in on the new computer. but it didnt work. I have done a support case but havent got any answer

    You never did make a case.
    Someone was nice and raised a case for you at 11:35 today, after your response at 11:37 case was concluded at 12:06

    I think this speaks for it self as great service and response time.
