I bought a new mac pro computer, so I deactivated it on the old computer to install in on the new computer. but it didnt work. I have done a support case but havent got any answer

hello!I have emailed phase one 2 times and not got any response back......I have 2 Activation left for C1 Pro 6 but, when Im trying to activate it I get this: "Could not activate because of a unact...

When processing in 4.6 the output arent the same as in the preview window.no sharpening and less desaturated.

I have the exact same problem when I use PRO 4, but I get lighter and no sharpening and less saturated.....I think its a problem/bug with the new PRO 4, When I use 3.7 its works great..
