    Stan,

This is a KNOWN issue with 7.2.3. If not already, please log into your PhaseONE account and submit your computer specifications and tell them that you're also experiencing the inconvenience and NOT VERY "professional workflow enhancing" when having to you change your workspace again and again every time you start your C1PRO7.2.3. The more data, the better the team can troubleshoot and fix it in 7.2.4.

We are aware of the issue, and will be fixed for the next service-release. I cannot comment on when the release will happen.

I have the same problem as Stan.
Should I create a case for support?

I even tried to change the user.config file manualy but the program also overwrites it with default values.

I also have this problem. It started just after i upgraded to the new release (Pro 7.2.3). Do you want me to create a ticket, in order for you to get details on my setup?

I hope this is fixed ASAP, as it is quite annoying to set up the system each time I open the program. I guess that there are no workarounds...

    Thanks in advance.

Support offered me a temporal solution and it helps:
Currently the option to save your workspace and select it in the Window>Workspace option is available in 7.2.3 with each opening of the software.

I am using pro 7.2.3. I also have always have set up my screen browser left and tools right. This is still working ok for me moving from 7.2.2 to 7.2.3.

I have never changed or saved the workspace. I just use 'untitled session' and move my raws around in a folder hierachy inside it, moving files by assigning 'selects' to the chosen folder (have done this since v3)

I'm now using the >Window>Workspace>Save Workspace and load the one I think fits the work I'm doing. It is actually nice having the posibility of choosing between different workspaces. I have not done that before but it works very good. Should have started doing this long time ago... 😊

Go to the support section of the website and download version 7.2.2 and it will work. I have had the same problem and that fixed it for me.
