    I just recently got a new desktop with Windows 8.1. Installed C1 8.3 and find that I can't drag and drop items to customize the tool bar. Everything else works fine. Is this a known issue?Thanks,Sam

    3. capture one 7 not retaining previous view

    Go to the support section of the website and download version 7.2.2 and it will work. I have had the same problem and that fixed it for me.Sam
