Windows 8.1 issue

I just recently got a new desktop with Windows 8.1. Installed C1 8.3 and find that I can't drag and drop items to customize the tool bar. Everything else works fine. Is this a known issue?

No, I have 8.3.1 installed right now. I have 8.3.2, but have not installed it yet.
I just read the post for 8.3.2 being released and it appears that my question is answered.
Should have read more before I posted.
