License transfer

This new ruling is still in a grey area, it is still being evaluated and filtered to understand how to enact such a ruling, its definition of software is very ambiguous. Does it apply to apps I bought on the app store? Should I be able to resale my Angry Birds app for $.75?
No vendors are being forced yet to include a resale button on their license keys, I am sure Phase One is evaluating this ruling and are waiting to hear more from the EU and probably won't do anything until they are forced to. Right now their policy is against transferring software rights from one person to another. I am sure we will hear something eventually but not anytime soon.

    Hi

This is correct what previous person are writing.
EULA which is accepted upon installation does not allow transfer of license to 3rd party.
Also the license is govern but the Danish court system so we will see what effect this EU decision will have in the member counties.

For now, this thread is closed as there is nothing more to discuss.
