Yes better Lens support would be very nice!

C1 would be a big step before Lightroom, DXO (ok, there is zero support for fuji) and the others!

PhaseOne has been very slow fully supporting Fuji camera features. Typically they blame it on the Xtrans sensor and suggest you put in a Support ticket as their decisions to add features are based on "interest".

You go to the PhaseOne website and choose Support and find this website, then you come here and this forum tells you to submit tickets as this forum is a "user forum" and not part of PhaseOne... so why is the forum shown under Support on the Phase One site if it's not for Support. It's very confusing and unhelpful.

Still awaiting support for Compressed Raw, and OpenCL video card functions.

In the summer Acquired Fuji Xpro-2 camera quickly noticed that the sharpest, sophisticated and
peaceful raw developments I get Capture One Pro software. I tried, of course, Fuji SILKYPIX, RawTherapee, and Adobe programs.
Capture One Pro is the best.
I would hope Capture a couple of increase for Fuji cameras.
Changing File DNG format, and a few Fujin most commonly used profiles of the lens.
With good support from Fuji and branding, you will get thousands of new Capture One users around the world.
Maybe you should be in touch if Fuji would come against the costs?

    What benefit Capture One:
    - thousands of new users.
    What benefit Fuji:
    - Brilliant optics are worthy of image processing and excellent image reputation soon spreads around the internet.
    - Technically good photos and cooperation with CaptureOne sell more cameras.

A few comments, I use both Lightroom/Photoshop and Capture One. My experience is that Capture One handles Fuji X-trans better than Lightroom/Photoshop. However Lightroom/Photoshop rendering can be greatly improved by converting .RAF to .DNG using Irident X-Transformer (this does the de-mosaicing, capture sharpening, noise reduction and lens distortion stages of processing)
There is no need for Capture One to profile Fuji lenses, the lens distortion profiles are included in the .RAF metadata and automatically applied by Capture One.

Because this forum acts as a helping hand.
However, there is a distinct difference between a getting help and filing a feature request. They go different places and require different attention.

Capture One does a fantastic job with demosaicing Xtrans files. I periodically compare all current Raw processing apps and C1 continually comes out on top as my favorite.

In my opinion, all it needs is support for Compressed Raw for Xtrans, and OpenCL support so our beefy video cards helps speed up processing like it does for other sensor brands.

I've tested yesterday some Files from a Sony full frame model. It is amazing how the speed is with open CL Support. Every changings with sliders is live! Please make openCL support for Fujis 🤓

Personally, I'd rather have OpenCL support for Xtrans sensors than support for Uncompressed Raw.

I'd like both, but OpenCL would speed my editing back up to where it was before switching from Sony to Fuji.

Uh it really needs gpu support for the x-trans... It would be nice to know this feature is on the horizon?

Really would like xt20 support and any and all improvements everyone else has suggested. fuji camera are great and with xt2, xt20 and xa3 more popular than ever you can be sure people will be looking for raw convertors. If you are the last to support them and with raw convertor competition at probably the highest ever then you really are loosing out on potential customers.
If you are not doing it you can be sure your competition are.
